HOW DO I GET MY TICKET?

  1. Immediate Ticket Access: Upon completing your purchase, you'll have immediate access to your event ticket. Eventix offers multiple options for ticket retrieval:

    • Mobile Wallet Integration: Add your ticket to your Apple Wallet or Android Wallet right after purchase. This ensures quick and easy access to your ticket on the day of the event.
    • Download PDF Ticket: If you prefer to keep a digital copy of your ticket, you can download a PDF version to your mobile device or computer.
    • Email Confirmation: Shortly after your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with your digital ticket attached. Check your email inbox for this confirmation.
  2. Ticket Not Received: In the rare case that you do not receive your ticket through email or any of the above methods, don't worry. Eventix provides a solution:

    • Login to Your Account: Visit the Eventix website and log in to your account using your credentials.
    • Call Eventix Support 
    • Access Event Tickets: Once logged in, navigate to the event page for the event you've purchased tickets for. There, you will find your event tickets available for download or mobile wallet integration.
  3. Event Day: On the day of the event, ensure your mobile device is charged and ready. If you've added your ticket to your mobile wallet, simply open it and locate your Eventix ticket for scanning at the venue's entrance. If you've downloaded a PDF ticket, have it ready for inspection. If your device is dead the venue should have your name on the Guestlist with your tickets offered.

HOW CAN I GET A REFUND?

Refund Eligibility:

  • Eventix offers a refund policy to provide flexibility to our customers.
  • To be eligible for a full refund, you must request the refund at least 48 hours before the event start time.

Refund Amount:

  • If your refund request meets the eligibility criteria, you will receive a refund for the ticket amount only. Please note that processing fees and site fees associated with the ticket purchase are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund:

  • If you need to request a refund, please log in to your Eventix account and navigate to the event page.
  • Look for the refund request option, and follow the provided instructions to initiate the refund process.

Refund Processing Time:

  • Refunds typically take a few business days to process. Please allow some time for the refund amount to be credited back to your original payment method.
